If you are looking for property for sale in Chamonix, La Floria Immobilier is the best real estate agency in the Chamonix area in my opinion. I am saying this from actual real life experience of buying property in Chamonix with La Floria acting as my agents. I spent a week blitzing viewings, meeting as many agents in Chamonix as possible. I must have seen over 60 chalets in the Chamonix valley, meeting 3 agents a day with multiple viewings for each agent so I got a very good idea what was available. Gordon from La Floria took time to understand my requirements and showed me the best properties in the valley, working really hard to maximise my time, and even working late into the evening to show me as much as possible. He also gave me extensive and valuable local information such as local property laws, weather and sunlight in different areas of the valley, even speed cameras! The chalet I bought through La Floria was exactly what I was after, really beautiful, and in perfect location. Ive just finished my first ski season in Chamonix and still cant believe what a beautiful property I have here. The buying process was easy, since La Floria is run by a married couple that is a local French lady, Christelle, and an English man, Gordon, I feel that I got extensive knowledge of local bureaucracy with the ease of having everything patiently explained in English. The after care has also been exceptional, helping me to connect services etc. Since I dont speak much French, this was so valuable to me and I would have had a really hard time without their help. All in all, a great service, very professional and super nice people.
