Trs bonne communication et trs bon suivi de l'agence du dbut jusqu' la finalisation de l'achat du bien. N'habitant pas la rgion, Mathilde notre agent a trs bien grer cette distance en tant prsente pour nous sur site lorsqu'il le fallait, a toujours fait son maximum pour rpondre nos demande et nous a parfaitement accompagn dans les diverses dmarches raliser pour l'acquisition.

This agency completely let us down in our search for a long term rental in Chamonix. They led us to believe that the property we found through them was ours if we met their ridiculous demands (they refused 6 months rent upfront) and when we managed to do everything they asked (including a caution bancaire) they told us they had rented to someone else. They completely wasted our time and left us in a very difficult position. We are planning to buy a property in Chamonix but will certainly not be approaching them and would advise anyone else to use another agency.

Head of Rental Services extremely rude, I will not be recommending this business unfortunately. Many other staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, let down massively by management and ownership. Avoid as there are numerous other Chamonix real estate agencies who understand customers.
